Your email is used to send you the KUMO newsletter; form data is used to review and answer your application. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Retention

Data is kept for three years after your last interaction with us, then deleted.

Processing & storage

Newsletter and form data are processed through Brevo (EU-hosted) and never sold or shared beyond that. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in each email.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@kumorecords.com.
