Assistant Director Talent Acquisition
The role
The Assistant Director for Talent Acquisition will partner with the People, Culture and Impact function, referred to functionally as HR as well as specifically with the A&R’s in each section.
About you
The Assistant TA will support all lines of businesses for Talent Acquisition’s needs and requirements, ensuring that the candidate experience at The KUMO Collective is one that continuously supports our team’s development, sense of belonging and careers – from searching and interviewing to onboarding.
The Assistant Director TA is a trusted advisor, working closely with KUMO leaders to establish the vision and roadmap for the talent acquisition function in the regional markets.
As a strategic driver of organizational success, the talent acquisition function spans across recruitment, onboarding, and employer brand experience.
